Our White Peony comes from Fuding County, renowned as the area where the very best white tea is produced. This Chinese white tea is made up of beautiful white buds and unfurling dark leaves with silver tips, the ratio of silver needle buds to tea leaves being very high. The pale blonde liquor exudes a slightly fruity flavor and a gentle grassy fragrance.
