Description and Uses: Cajeput is part of the group of plants from the tea tree family, oils renowned for their effectiveness in skin care and wound healing. Cajeput is also highly regarded for its usefulness in respiratory infections, including colds and sinus infections. In a steam inhalation, cajeput oil can help relieve congestion and soothe sore throats. It also helps increase resistance to infections. A wonderful 'unwinding' oil, cajeput essential oil helps to improve and balance mood. Cajeput oil is also useful in treating oily skin and spots. Finally, cajeput has a long history of use as a massage oil for painful conditions of the muscles and joints. Traditional use: antiseptic, anti-infectious, analgesic, expectorent, deodorant.

Cautions: Cajeput essential oil may cause skin irritation with some skin types. Dilute well.
